For it's just once a year that the great Lilies War comes along

All gird in our armor, we march to the battlefield singing
The cry of "Lay on!" and then fair Calontir takes the field
Though far from the fray, you can still hear the sword and shield ringing
For those brave and strong warriors defending our King never yield

But time flies away, and the days can flow by us so quickly
We gather together and bid sad farewell to our friends
